Thank you for shopping with Home Organics. We aim to deliver pure, freshly prepared organic products including Desi Ghee, Panjeeri, Energy Balls, and seasonal items quickly, safely, and efficiently right to your doorstep.

1. Delivery Areas

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan using trusted courier partners to ensure your edible jars and food packages reach you safely and intact.

2. Delivery Time

Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, etc.): 2 to 4 business days.

Other Cities and Remote Areas: 3 to 6 business days.

Note: Since our food products are prepared fresh, minor delays may occasionally occur during high demand, public holidays, severe weather conditions, or unexpected courier disruptions.

3. Shipping Charges

Standard delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and total package weight.

Free Shipping: Enjoy free nationwide delivery on promotional offers or orders above a specific checkout threshold such as orders above Rs 3,000.

4. Order Tracking

Once your fresh batch is packed and dispatched, a tracking ID and tracking link will be shared with you via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email so you can follow your parcel in real time.

5. Order Confirmation & Food Safety Packaging

All our products are carefully sealed in leak-proof and safe packaging to maintain freshness during transit.

Before dispatching Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our customer support team may contact you via Phone Call or WhatsApp to verify your delivery address and order details.

6. Undelivered Orders

If the courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address, wrong contact number, or receiver unavailability, the parcel will be returned to us.

Since these are fresh food products, redelivery can be re-arranged upon request, subject to additional re-shipping charges.
